There’s been a lot of talk about this Dipset reunion, some good some bad. No matter what your opinion is, it’s good look for the business of hip hop. Which in turn keeps hip hop moving, especially New York rap which has it’s up and downs.

From a fan and a affiliates perspective, I’ve always wanted to see the Dipset dynasty keep it’s light shining. Being from Harlem it was also a pride thing, I won’t deny that. The days of being in a party and seeing Dipset, 50 deep throwing up the Dipset sign when “I really mean it” came on was crazy. Especially when you here “BROOOKLYN” shake the place.

At the Cherry Lounge in 04 was where I met the whole crew threw members PT and HUD 6. The footage I have up speaks for it’s self. NO OTHER CREW DID IT LIKE THAT IN NEW YORK, NONE!. The Dipset movement was like a cult, no other movement I saw had that or still does.

I still have some footage of the last time the whole crew was together in Miami, It’s hilarious. Everybody had on long white tees and baggy jeans but the swag was still fresh. I’ll put some of that footage out as everything gets moving.

I worked with both Cam’ron and Jim on projects that have made noise in the hip hop world. So I’ve always been cool with both of them, but business was always business. So this reunion in my opinion is good for business and for the friendship. But as grown men, business has to be settled first. A handshake and a head nod don’t pay the bills in this world.

I know there’s a lot of fan’s that are happy to see this finally in the works. Hopefully in the near future there will be a track or two out for everybody to talk about. But as Cam’ron has made clear, Vado and the U.N. is priorty 1 on his agenda. So hopefully fans can wait a little longer for the music to start flowing.

So what’s next, where is Juelz and what is his opinion on all of this. Hopefully soon I’ll have a sit down with him and discuss his outlook.
